Seriously..I'm in RAYA mood oredi..No mood to do anything esp office tasks..I guess I'm not alone..akak opis nih pon dh macam ala2 maleh gak nk buat keje..xde plak orang pasang lagu raye kt opis nih..or that is prohibited?..ntah la..I'm a new staff here...Ape nk citer for today..after 'teruja' dok tgk awie's sosej roll, I decided to test my baking skill..heheh..last Saturday morning, we went to MYDIN USJ and bought all the necessary ingredients...actually, I'm quite 'ambitious'..it's not only the sosej roll I want to try, but also nak buat muffin pisang(since ade byk pisang baru bawak blk dari kg), brownies and also bun daging..actually the bun daging's recipe is quite similar to the sosej roll. The only different is just the inti..one is sosej and the other is the so called daging..hihih..the effort of cooking the inti daging tu makes me cancelled the plan to make the bun daging..as for brownies, i got all the ingredients needed..the only thing that i don't have is just the 10"x10" tray..I don't know what size of tray do I have at home..tatau nk measure camne..due to the uncertainty of the outcome, i decided to cancel that also..perhaps tomorrorw nite?..or after i manage to buy the 10"x10" tray?..hihih..perhaps..perhaps..perhaps..back to the sosej roll story..yup, i managed to snap the sosej roll pic only before it went into the oven..the 'after' output is not bad at all..but few are lil bit 'geseng'(hangus ye kengkawan)...but still can be eaten. x sempat nk amik gambo sbb bateri henpon dh kong.Muhriz was so 'eager' helping me out in the kitchen. He tot that I want to make donuts. I don't know how he got that idea..he keep on telling me 'nak onat..nak onat..'. Btw, donut is his fav food. I told him to wait until further notice..ngeheheh..so do u think he listened to me..of course not!!..still continuing helping..Muhriz mmg sgt rajin..hopefuly smp besar..;-)..maybe he was so tired waiting for the donut..x sempat nk masak die dh tetido..until he woke up & teringat plak kt donut and started to ask me for donut again. When I gave him the sosej, he refuse to eat..maybe he did not expected the donut to be in that manner..hahhah..die cume letak di hujung bibir then keep on bugging me for the donut..and me - apesal la x terpk nk set aside sket utk buat donut for him..isk..isk..hampeh gak la..then, JC pon terpakse la pi ke kedai berhampiran utk mendapatkan donut sbb Muhriz dh start melalak..unluckily the donut dh habis..luckily, ade la kuih yg physically smilar to donut yaitu kuih keria..hihih..sib baik Muhriz blum pandai menilai rase..hahahah..So here it is, the-not-so-impressive Sosej Roll pic before ia mengembang and went into the oven..
I was once thinking of quitting my job and set up a bakery shop...after went thru the making of the sosej roll..I don't think i have enuff skill for that..hihih..kuat berangan aku neh..:-P
