I got above message when I tried to access KWSP this morning. I forgot that we can start to fill in forms in order to stick for 11% contribution until I saw few forms were printed in the office. Semangat nya masing2 nk maintain the contribution. Baguslah..Apalah sgt 3% tuh kalu dikurangkan pon...tak jadi ape..So, guys, marilah kita sama2 congestkan traffic KWSP..Kasi meletop. Tu la..sapa suruh buat keputusan yang 'bijak' dan tak 'cerdik' nih. Tak pasal2 kene buat kerja extra!!..
Aku masih tak faham, why they make such a decision..I mean, the decision of 'whoever wants to maintain the 11% contribution need to submit form instead of vice versa..anyone care to explain?
I got to know that whoever contribute 8% have to pay tax more..Betulkah?

Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income = RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income = RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.
(tax akan based on samada single, married wife working no kids, married wife working with kids(1,2,3,etc), married wife not working no kid, married wife working with kids. Sila rujuk di sini )

weh HR dept ofis takde ke forms nye. it's their job to provide n assist us in all these.
hehe..sebenarnya HR dept ade kasik email soh tunggu smp derang kasik mail out abt the thing..tp biase la, masing2 cam x sabo gitu..aku pon tepengaroh..now aku rase tunggu je la HR punye instruction...:-)
