Ada ke patut block gmail, blogspot, facebook mmg toksah ckp le mmg sejak azali dh block..Mmg HAMPEH. The +ve side of this - I'm more focus at work. hehe..and lately mmg byk kerja pon. I like.!!.xde la tepu pale otak aku pk ape nak buat untuk menghabiskan masa di opis..huhu..

Oh..today is hubby's birthday. Selamat Hari Jadi perwiraku..hahaha..nothing special for today. Haritu dh belikan shirt as a present, so cukup la kan..I know u don't like the party, and expensive gift sbb duitmu duitku jua dan sebaliknye..tadi petang dah buatkan donut yg sgt sedap walaupon sebenanye Muhriz yg beria nak..ngehehe..nanti lah, if my cooking mood datang, I'll cook any recipes yg ade dlm buku RESIPI BONDA tu eh..

Ohh..btw, our plan trip to Cameron Highland last week postponed due to MIL admitted to the hospital. Hasrat untuk memetik stroberi tak kesampaian nampak gayenya. Sgt kejam if we proceed with the plan. I was not really disappointed sbb masa tu pon asik ujan je.. nantilah, if ada kesempatan we booked the date. nasib baik the voucher valid until May 09. If not, rugi juge..Kalau x sempat gak nk pi, tepaksa sedekah je la voucher tu kt sesape..tp tokleh pi weekends and Public Holiday. kene cuti lor..kalau anak x skolah betul lagi, buleh la..:-)

We still searching for a house. SIME UEP punya promo looks tempting tapi harga rumah mahal gile..!!..Mmg lah the all those up front fee waived + 10k rebate + the interest BLR - 2.3, Dp 3k + 12 months installment. tapi harga nya - mak datok..BLR tgh rendah ok lah..kalau dah naik kang tak ke tekangkang gak nak membayau installment. hmm..that's why, if nak amik homeloan skang nih, try to take islamic package. Selain daripada menepati hukum syarak, at least dia ada capped BLR. slamat sket. The other half mcm minat gila nak bli kat Bukit Raja. It's so far from my office, okeh!!..I'm still like it here. Macam dh syok je dok sini.

Time's up..get ready to watch MERLIN plak..my new addiction..;-)

gg..akhirnye we all sell-off gak kot rumah tu dah soh property agent tu proceed dia kata dah ada buyer so kira2 dpt dlm 30k plus net profit ok la tu sbb takde la aku pikir beria2 sgt pun most likely ikut rasa hati je..sbb mudon tak kisah dia kata up to me.. so aku sbgai sorg isteri yg mls nak menambhkan stress pd lakiku pun guna jelah reasoning akal sempoiku ini..lgpun excitement utk berpindah n dok kat situ dah lama gone..dulu slalu pi ngok show-house dgn anak2 boleh terbyg2 muka xcited yasmin berlari2 baring2 kat katil semua.. so when she's gone aku dah kureng dah..ditambah plk dgn konflik2 emosi yg lain + timing rumah siap yg terawal gile blum fully prepared emotionally n financially(utk renovation whatsnot) + nak pkr sek k1 lagi.. so aku ckp proceed jelah jual.. ada rezeki bli rumah lain..but aku ckp ngan mudon pasni sila kumpul duit bnyk2 dulu pastu aku nak corner lot or kondo 2000sqft++ with swimg pool NO ARGUMENT.. hihi.. tp smlm2 ngok rumah SIMEDARBY cantik2s gaks ek..

umah tu freehold.. marketvalue dlm 350k.. n property agent tu kata plg tinggi blh go by 345 je.. abb last week dah ada cinot tanye2 psl rumah tu...
ntah la dia deal direct ngan mudon je aku takde la nak cek2 ngan bank ke apa... ngoklah if berkesmptn ku usahakan jua...

tulah meanwhile we all biar la duit tu beranak pinak dulu kan.. insyaAllah tambahkan koleksi bling2 ke apa..tu je investment yg plg kurang risk so far dan mndtgkan return..yg lain hancur lebur je.. bnyk gak dah la dkt berapa ek $16k.. yg mudon punye ofis-mate tu pun..mcm ke laut jgk nmpknye.. ntah la..
hihi anyway kesian k1 hampe tak dpt pindah umh baru.. rumah ayah dia cakap..
