I was on leave. Few things need to be done. Out for check - up at abt 9.30 a.m. Angkut Iman skali. I tot the queue is bearable but I was wrong. Another 10 persons to go..bole?..Iman dah start bosan selepas beberapa minit. Ok then, out we go to the next agenda - withdraw some cash at CIMPENG then Manjaku Baby Centre for the kids susu. Then, I called the clinic and asked the nurse - estimated time until my turn?. owh..she said it's abt an hour to go..takpelah, next agenda - went to ARHETBIPENG to prepare a Bank Draft amounted 6.3K. I missed my turn when we reach the clinic. No worries, I just wait for a few minutes until they called me. xde hal punye..:-)
Berbaloikan..I missed my turn only a few minutes but seme mende settle..puas hatiku for the morning session..
I need to sent Iman home since few more things are still pending. It was abt 12 noon and I just reach the Putra Mahkota toll. Next destination -- The Weld, JRC. The parking still sucks here. Tried my luck at the basement but so bad there was no more parking left for me. kalau bwk kancil buleh je nk menyelit. No choice need to park in between of Bangunan Affin (oh, my ex-workplace..!!) and The Weld. And guess what, penjaga parking ni still recognise me after almost 2 years x jumpe. I tot he will say 'Mana pigi lama tada nampak?' instead of 'Kereta suda tukar ka?'..hehe..btw, ade ke parking kt sini?All the cars looks static here and no sign of anyone to go out.I had no choice but to block few cars and left the key with the penjaga parking. How come I trust him? Well, tawakkal je la..malas nk pk dah. Met my 'JV partner x jadi' there..hehe..I got ole2 from her, which she bought at Bandung. I tot of belanja her for the lunch but she refused. Aku dh agak dah..Instead, dia pulak yg pay for the lunch. A birthday treat she said..:-)..
Berbaloikan..I put the risk by giving the my car key at penjaga parking, then tawaf 2 bangunan cari parking pehtu dpt ole2 sambil dpt lunch treat!!..hehe..Alhamdulillah rezeki Allah..btw, thanks my dear friend..
I need to reach Jln Riong, Bangsar before 3p.m and now it's already 2.05p.m. Hopefully no accident anywhere along the way. It's 2.30pm when I found the place. Yes, the same problem - No Parking. Only 2 Illegal Parking left and I had no choice. Just parked the car there, and I did noticed all the cars nearby got the surat saman terselit kt wiper keta masing2. Time kene saman abt 12.50pm. I guess the DBKL already went to another place. Harap2 they will left the place 4ever for the day. hehe.
Headed to the Balai Berita to register myself as a bidder for an auction property. I tot I was the only bidder for the unit but I was totally wrong!!..before me, there were already 3 bidders registerd for the same property!..hampeh.com. This is the 4th time, but it looks like no sign of winning again...:-( At abt 3, the auction began. As advised by a friend, jgn angkat the paddle awal2. Let them bid 1st. 3 bidders start to take the price. Each time increase by 2K!!..gilo!!..Suddenly the auctioneer called my name..eh, apesal pulak la auctioneer ni x pepasal sebut nama aku!!..I raise the paddle and bid for 71k. Another bidder raise and suddenly I felt like i don't want to lose tis time. Guess what? The hammer price is 77K, and that's my bid..I won!!..I won!!(now the questions of my FB status answered..hehe!!) I can't described the satisfaction of winning an auction!!..seriously. On the way out of the auction room, a pakcik was abt to enter the auction room and he was actually wanted to bid the same property!!..He was so frustrated as the unit was sold at 77k, while his budget is 80K!!..Rupanya dia tak jumpa parking!!..x pelah..dia pon dh byk property pon. kasi chan kt sy yang baru nak mula...oh btw, dari jauh I saw a piece of paper melambai2 di celah wiper keretaku!!..as expected!!
Berbaloikan..kene saman RM100, but I won at 77k for the property worth 110k!!..iye..I hope it's worth it...we will see...:-)
Btw, I bring along a box of strawberry from Cameron Highland and plan to give it to one of my bff after all the task done..knowing the weather nowadays, strawberry seme dh lembik and I'm not sure whether any of the strawberry can be eaten or at least buat juice. yuhu..bole makan ke?..
